President of ROS, has launched many relief missions around the globe. These missions involve sending emergency medical and psychiatric care, midwife training, disabilities medicine, and medical services for restoring the bodily integrity of women and children. The missions provide those in need with food, baby formula, blankets, clothing, and hygiene products. Mrs. Isaac also started her own television show entitled “Maraa Fadela” ten years ago for Arabic speaking people around the globe. “Maraa Fadela” is broadcasted in the Arabic language and airs via satellite television. Maraa Fadela as well as other Roads of Success Television Programs focus on responding to problems particularly targeting women, children, those facing disabilities and minorities.Vice President of ROS
Jacqueline Isaac , J.D. is the Vice President of ROS, a human rights advocate and has an Estate Planning Law Firm. Ms. Isaac spent significant time in Egypt (1) leading grass roots projects and awareness missions on the dangers of female genital mutilation and child marriage; (2) volunteered with the United Nations to advance the rights of those iving with HIV/AIDS in the Middle East through religious and legal sectors, and (3) has made strides to bridge the gap between Muslims and Christians through advocacy in Egypt. Ms. Isaac regularly consults with humanitarian representatives, members of Congress and diplomats, and is in demand as a guest speakerCo-President of ROS
Victor Isaac, Co-President of ROS, is a media producer that coordinates and manages several media projects between the Middle East and the United States. These projects are focused on spreading messages on societal unity, human dignity, and physical and spiritual awareness through the use of music videos, mainstream media and theatre.

Rev. Jimmy Tam has been a full-time pastor for more than 16 years. He is based in Los Angeles, USA, and is currently leading three ministries, a multi-cultural multiplying micro-church network, a Chinese local church, and a house of prayer, at the same time. In recent years, Pastor Jimmy has been sent by the Lord to lead missions and training teams to Asia (Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Myanmar, and India) and the Middle East (Egypt and Turkey) to host healing and prayer conferences, revival meetings, training or intercession for the purpose of manifesting the beauty and glory of Jesus Christ.Board Member
Rev. Dr. Ernest Chan received his call to the ministry at the age of 16. After graduating from college in Hong Kong he pursued further studies at Fuller Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Divinity in 1965 and Doctor of Ministry in 1985. He served as Senior Pastor of Cumberland Presbyterian Chinese Church in San Francisco from 1965 to 1987 and built the church to become the largest Chinese church in North America with over 1000 members in four services every Sunday.
Dr. Chan is also one of the founding members of the North America Congress of Chinese Evangelicals, and served two terms as President from 1982 to 1987.
Dr. Chan is known as the early pioneer in promoting small group ministries among Chinese churches since 1971. His book on small group ministries is also the result of his well documented doctoral dissertation at Fuller Theological Seminary.
In 1987 Dr. Chan founded the Agape Renewal Ministry for the spiritual renewal to Chinese churches worldwide through renewal conferences and training in the gifts and operation of the Holy Spirit. There are now 8 Agape International Leadership Institute in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Europe, Canada and the US with the main campus in Walnut, CA. His vision is to establish training centers in every province of China and raise up tens of thousands of Spirit empowered missionaries for the fulfillment of the Great Commission in these last days before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.Board Member

Loureen Ayyoub – Public Relations She has been dedicated to social justice through her academic and professional experiences. While obtaining her BA from Pepperdine University, she founded the first ever Arab student organization entitled Middle Eastern Peace and Awareness. The organization focuses on coordinating cultural, educational, and fundraising programs to help students build a more balanced awareness of the Middle Eastern region and to provide donations towards NGO’s humanitarian endeavors in the Middle East. With an MA in International Studies from the University of San Francisco, her focuses include intercultural competence, women’s rights, and nonviolent resistance. She recently completed research in Jordan, working with the Jordan River Foundation and publishing a piece that explores the role of non-formal education as it impacts the phenomenon of honor killings. Having contributed articles to various publications including Family Flavours and Catch Culture, her background as a writer has been a critical asset to the research, communicative and creative efforts of Roads of Success.Audio Engineer
David Isaac is the Audio Engineer and the Director of the Environmental Awareness Department of ROS. Mr. Isaac directs and coordinates the taping of documentaries relating to humanitarian and societal issues around the globe. He has spent years lobbying against contributors to pollution, industrialization and other factors that affect our environment.Advocate and Liaison
Terry Nashed is a graduate from California State University, Long Beach where she received a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor in 2010. In law school, she was the former president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association where she utilized her leadership skills. She also participated in the Pro Bono Honors Program offered at her school and worked over fifty hours helping victims of human and civil rights violations. Professionally, she worked in a family law office before she decided to attend law school. she gained excellent writing skills by preparing preliminary drafts of pleadings, motions and forms on family law issues. She also gained client relation experience when she worked for an immigration law firm after law school and interviewed middle eastern clients who were eligible for asylum. Terry is very passionate about human rights and enjoys giving back to her coptic Egyptian community.Executive Assistant

Diana Youssef supports Roads of Success as the Assistant Director of all its media production. Her role is critical in ensuring all relevant footage for Roads of Success Television programs are captured in a strategic and creative manner. She directs the host and guests in order to execute professional production in a timely and efficient manner. She is ambitiously driven to channel her skills towards social change, especially with the Middle East’s minority communities.
